Job Description
- Training machine knowledge for Service engineers, Sales persons, workers and the customers
- Development solution to ensure the effectiveness of the training
- Responsible for training results evaluation. Evaluates the results and effectiveness of training by using different approaches, and improves the training effectiveness accordingly to ensure the assigned projects run on the right track to desired results
- Responsible for communication and operation of other training programs
- Others work assigned by management
- At least 2 years relative working experience
- Bachelor degree or above in Machinery or relevant subject
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Good cooperation and teamwork
- Fluent English communication
