We are recruiting the following persons according to the development of the company.
– Paint Shop Senior Foreman（喷漆间资深工长）
Key responsibilities:
• Be responsible for paint preparation, masking, priming and final coating.
• Assure in time process flow under consideration of product quality, just in time delivery and ideal usage of teams and facilities capacity.
• Continuous Improvement of Painting Technics and Systems applied.
• Organization and Supervision of all Paint shop Facilities as well as related Equipment Maintenance Intervals
• Assure cleanliness and tidiness of all areas
• Assure safe and environmental operation as per requirements of the zone
• Several Years of Experience in Paintworks of high value items, ideally construction machinery or similar.
• Experience in operating and managing of Series Production Paint Shop Assemblies.
• Honest and Trustworthy, strong sense of leadership and independent working.
• Experience in surface treatment including paint and other related technologies.
• Communicate with others in English.
