Site Report for Cement-treated In-place Cold Recycling, in Wulateqian Qi, Inner Mongolia
In the national rural road working meeting in Oct., 2010, Li Shenglin, Minister of MOT of PRC, indicated that, in the “12th Five-Year Plan” the investment for the rural road construction would be over 200 billion yuan, higher than that in the “11th Five-Year Plan”, and the allowance standard would be higher too. The investment should give priority to the village asphalt (cement) road construction, at the same time strengthen the bridge rehabilitation and security construction, and also support the rural road construction of the towns and villages that haven’t had asphalt (cement) roads as well as county and township road and station rehabilitation.
