We are recruiting the following persons according to the development of the company.
Facility Manager
To direct, manage, plan and control the operations of all aspects of building services and the general administration function to provide an effective and efficient supporting service for the plant in Langfang.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all facilities including mechanical and electrical building service, and ensure all facilities in plant running normally.
- Be responsible for the daily management of security staff, cleaner, shuttle bus and garbage disposal, and ensure all the system running safely and effectively.
- Be responsible for construction project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- 5 years experience in facility maintenance management or related field.
- Good knowledge of project management, operation management and administration.
- Fluent English, including oral and written ability.
- Work under pressure.
- Be a team player
